The Intelligence Report compares the job description against the resume and pulls the most important information into an easy-to-read format. Instead of digging through every resume manually, employers can quickly review strengths, gaps, red flags, missing requirements, and a 1.0–5.0 Fit Score.
Every Intelligence Report includes a 1.0–5.0 Fit Score so employers can quickly prioritize candidates. Strong matches move into review. Lower matches can be held or declined. Candidates who meet the fit threshold can be moved forward to the Synergy Assessment.
When a candidate looks strong on paper, the Synergy Assessment adds the human layer. It helps employers understand how the candidate works as an individual — including communication style, work preferences, problem-solving style, collaboration patterns, and potential team fit. The Synergy Assessment is not pass/fail and is sent after the Intelligence Report, not automatically to every resume.
If the candidate moves forward, Synergetic Vibes generates an Interview Guide that compares the job description and the resume. The guide helps employers ask relevant, focused questions based on the role requirements, the candidate's experience, gaps, and areas to validate.
